Sara explained how each step along the client journey with Phorest benefits both the client and the business – “Before the treatment, it sends them a reminder about their appointment in case they need to reschedule, which means we don’t have too much white space in the diary. It also sends them consent forms online so that they can fill them in and we can check that, saving us time before they come into the treatment room. Once they’ve had the treatment, then it sends them a thank you for coming and allows them to leave a review, and reminds them if they haven’t already booked the next treatment, that they can book online easily, which keeps them coming back to the clinic.”
