Huge congratulations to this year’s Client Experience Award winners, who recently received their awards. The Client Experience Award is awarded to Phorest salons, spas, and clinics that maintain an average client rating of 4 out of 5 stars and above from a minimum of 60 reviews.

Thanks to your feedback, we recently introduced a brand new feature to PhorestGo- Push Notifications for staff. Rather than wait around for an email or SMS to notify your team of guests checking in, scheduling appointments, or changing their bookings, push notifications send updates straight to their cell phones.
