We’ve added some exciting new features to PhorestGo 2.0, making our app the most powerful way to manage your business on the go. These features have been highly requested, so we’re excited to share them with you finally.

Virtual Terminals in PhorestGo 2.0

Taking payment is now more seamless than ever with Virtual Terminals on PhorestGo 2.0. This existing feature on Phorest desktop allows you to process transactions without the need for a card terminal. 

If a client prefers to pay in-person or over the phone rather than online, you can now take their payment right from the PhorestGo 2.0 app.

In-House Deposits for Added Flexibility

It’s now also possible to take in-house appointment deposits directly from your app. This is super-useful for taking non-online bookings. So, if your client is a walk-in, books over the phone or on social media, you can take a deposit directly on the PhorestGo 2.0 app.

Simply choose an appointment, click More Options, and then Take a deposit. Here, you enter the deposit amount and then click Collect Deposit. Next, you will be prompted to enter the client’s card details, or if they have a stored card, this will appear as a payment option, too. Once payment is complete, an email receipt will be sent to the client to their saved email address.

You can process the payment by manually entering the client’s card details and saving them for future use.

My Reviews on PhorestGo 2.0

Staff now have the ability to see reviews relating to them on PhorestGo. My Reviews is located within My Performance in PhorestGo.

This will give stylists and clinicians easy access to see what their clients are saying about them, which will allow them to see trends of things that they are doing well and also areas that they can focus on for improvement.
