Phorest Launches Initiative To Help Those Affected by The Closure of SK:N Clinics

We at Phorest are stepping up to support beauty professionals affected by the sudden closure of SK:N clinics across The UK. To help connect those who have lost their jobs with new opportunities, we’ve created a live database of salons and clinics that are hiring. Over 140 businesses have already shared job openings. “We want to alleviate the stress and connect professionals with new opportunities,” said Luke Doolin, Phorest Country Manager for the UK & Ireland. Phorest recently hosted a successful beach clean-up event at Bull Island, Dublin, as part of the global Plastic Free July initiative. The event was a collaboration with Clean Coasts, an Irish organization focused on protecting coastlines, where Phorest employees actively participated in removing litter from the beach. This effort demonstrated Phorest’s commitment to sustainability, environmental stewardship, and community engagement. Sarah McEvoy, Interim Head of People at Phorest, expressed pride in the team’s dedication to creating a cleaner, greener future.
