Our staff is working hard to ensure perfect service. 50% of the service amount is due and is non-refundable at time of booked appointment. The amount can be transferred one time if you decide to cancel and reschedule for a new date. Once scheduled, the card on file will be charged for deposit. Appointment will be canceled if the card is not able to be charged. Appointments must be canceled no later than 24 hours in advance. We provide a 15 minute grace period for tardiness. Arriving later, late cancellations, or missed appointments result in a charge for the remaining 50% of the service cost.
