Please notify us 24 hours in advance if you must change, cancel, or reschedule your appointment. Any cancellation/no show/ reschedule made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a charge equal to 100% of the reserved services. Please note that if you are over ten minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate the service or services booked and may results in a reschedule charge. A credit card is required to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to card on file.
