Cancellation Policy – We require a minimum of 2 working days (48HRS) notice to avoid losing your deposit, this may be done via phone call, email or directly on the app if you booked online. Deposits are non-refundable and will be held in your account.

No call, no show, no email – you will lose your deposit, and full payment may apply (by management discretion, a partial payment may be recovered into your booking account which could be used for the next appointment).
