It is the clients responsibility to book a Patch Test if it says one is required when booking your appointment. Failure to book a Patch Test will result in your appointment not being able to go ahead and you will still be charged for the full appointment scheduled.
A patch test is required if it is your first appointment, change in your medical history (the covid vaccine is considered a change in medical history) or have not had the service done for 6 months.
