Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will result in 50% charge of the service booked.
No call/no shows will result in 50% charge of the service booked.
Every no call/no show after will result in 100% charge of the service booked.
If you are new, unsure of the services you are in need of, have lots of hair or looking for a big change please give us a call so we can book the appropriate amount of time!
