If your offers don’t produce the results you want there’s a simple but brutal truth you need to understand about your salon marketing.
Clients and potential clients will only respond to your offers when they can see the emotional value (it’s got to be something they want) … AND … (this is the important bit) they believe you’ll deliver on the promise you’re making.
This means that if your marketing isn’t working, it’s either because people don’t believe you … or they don’t care!
