When it comes to marketing, one of the main points everyone always tries to get across is that they are the very best! The problem is, who wants to hear you say it? Wouldn’t it be far more powerful coming from your clients?

Well, this is exactly what the Phorest Client Experience Award is about: incredibly influential recommendations based on evidence.

Having trawled through millions of reviews in almost 2,000 salons, Phorest has crafted a brand new client experience metric for the hair and beauty industry, celebrating salons who have achieved a phenomenal level of customer service.

We know how hard salons work to gain an excellent reputation. As you have probably heard before, a referral is the greatest form of flattery. referral1

The Phorest Client Experience Award has been awarded to only a select group of Phorest clients who have achieved the incredible rating of 4.5 (or higher) out-of-five across all reviews they have received since the feature launched in 2012.

For those of you who are not familiar with the feature: after every appointment the client is sent an SMS and email asking them to rate the treatment or style out-of-five.

Clients who rate their experience 4/5 or 5/5 are prompted with a pop-up camera to take a selfie and share it with hundreds of their friends and followers on Twitter, Facebook and/or Pinterest for extra loyalty points. If you have received this award recognising your hard work and dedication… WELL DONE! Be sure to send us in your photos when you have the sticker up and we will share them on Facebook, Twitter and our blog: just email them to letsgrow@phorest.com.

DON’T FORGET: If you would like a digital version of the sticker, let us know in the comments below. Obviously the digital versions can only be issued to salons that are eligible for the award – the salon must be using Phorest’s reviews system and have an average rating of 4.5 or higher.
