Protect revenue streams from PhorestGo 2.0, plus improved cancellation email

Our improved cancellation management features enable you to charge clients directly from PhorestGo 2.0 for missed appointments, saving you time and protecting your revenue. In addition, we have also made improvements to the cancellation notification emails you receive, which will include vital information such as the client’s name, branch, service, staff member, and appointment date, keeping you in the loop. We have detailed guides available to you on processing cancellation charges and charging for no-shows.

Stay in the loop with Gift Vouchers

We know that gift vouchers are an increasingly popular revenue earner for salons, which is why we’ve just added a brand new dashboard to help you keep track of your voucher stats. This powerful reporting will help you identify trends, stay on track of offline and online sales, outstanding vouchers, and you can also check the value of discounted gift vouchers. It’s your new all-in-one solution to managing gift vouchers. It’s available under Manager > Reports > Insights > Gift Vouchers.

Keep your inventory up-to-date with real-time stock deduction

One of our most requested features was to have the ability to deduct stock from your inventory for professional use, directly from the PhorestGo 2.0 app. We’re happy to announce that we’ve made it happen, making stock management easier than ever! (Please note that staff members will need ‘Purchase’ access permission on PhorestGo to deduct professional stock.)
