Elizabeth from The Coach House in Harrogate recently participated in our Facebook training and her only reluctance in recommending it is she doesn’t want other salons to learn the same great tips she did!
Here is what Elizabeth had to say about the training:
“Yes I would recommend the Facebook training to other salons only if they weren’t our direct competition of course. But on a more serious note it was extremely worthwhile and has helped us reach a wider audience. On completion of the training you really know how to utilise Facebook to its full potential and have learnt what you should and shouldn’t be posting. Throughout the training I found myself saying “Ooh I didn’t realise I could do that”. We also got our Facebook friend page converted to a business page which has given us much more functionality and as a result is much easier to manage. One of the biggest advantages of the training is the continued support, it’s great to know that I can just ring my trainer if I have a question or can’t remember something.”
